What kind of tasks can we send?

Anything on your HubSpot website: design, development, content changes, maintenance, integrations, performance — from a module that’s stopped rendering to a new landing page for next month’s campaign. Every plan covers the full range; there are no task types locked behind higher tiers.

How do the hours work?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of hours, tracked against the tasks on your board. You can queue as many requests as you like — the hours are simply the throughput. We log time transparently, and you can see where every hour went.

What happens to unused hours?

Unused hours roll over for one month, capped at one month’s allowance. A quiet month isn’t wasted, and a busy one has headroom.

What if I need more hours in a busy month?

We bill the extra time needed, or you upgrade to the next plan from the following month. We’ll always flag it before you go over — no surprise invoices.

What's the difference between a plan and a bank of hours?

Same team, same board, same quality — the difference is commitment and scheduling. Plans are a monthly subscription with the best hourly rates ($100–$120/hr), one-month rollover and priority pickup, so most tasks are completed within 48 hours. A bank is a one-off prepaid purchase at $125/hr with no subscription. Your tasks are scheduled around plan clients and are typically completed in 2–4 working days.

Do bank hours expire?

Bank hours are valid for 12 months from purchase — enough time that you’ll never feel rushed to spend them. Time is logged per card, so you can see your remaining balance whenever you like. Blocks are paid upfront by card, and the minimum purchase is a single 20-hour block.

What if something breaks and it can't wait 48 hours?

Flag the card as urgent — urgent requests are started the same working day. Tell us on the card that it’s business-critical and it goes to the front of the queue.

How fast do you turn tasks around?

Tasks are acknowledged the same working day and most are done within 48 hours. Larger tasks get an estimate up front and are broken into stages on your board so you can see progress.

Who actually does the work?

A senior team of designers and developers, each with at least five years of industry experience. Fully remote since 2022, and nothing is outsourced

Can you handle design work, or just development?

Both. The team covers UX/UI design, front-end development and HubSpot CMS development — so a task can go from a rough idea to a designed, built and published page without leaving the board.

Can a plan cover a full redesign?

Yes — many clients roll out redesigns page by page through a Growth or Scale plan, spreading the work over a few months instead of a large one-off project. If you’d rather run it as a fixed-price project, we do that too. Contact us for a quote.

Do you also handle the CRM side, or just the website?

The website is our core, but the forms, properties, lifecycle stages and the workflows your pages trigger are all within scope on any plan.

Our theme came from the marketplace — can you customize it?

Yes. We can extend marketplace themes with child modules and overrides, or gradually replace them with a custom theme your team fully owns — whichever suits your budget and timeline.

We're on WordPress or Webflow — can you move us to HubSpot?

Yes, we’ve helped many clients migrate their websites to HubSpot. Content, templates, redirects and SEO protection are all planned as part of this process.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Plans are billed monthly by card. There’s no minimum contract — cancel anytime before your next billing date. Fixed-price projects are invoiced in milestones.
