Envix (“Envix”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit envix.com or use our services. We are the data controller for this website.
1. What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data — name, company, work email and the content of your message when you use our contact form, email us or book a call.
- Client account data — billing details, service records, task and time logs, and communications, when you become a client. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website usage data — technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics (see section 6).
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services (performance of a contract, or steps prior to one).
- To administer billing, accounts and records we must keep (legal obligation).
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to market our services to business contacts (legitimate interests).
- With your consent, where we ask for it — for example non-essential cookies.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting and infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), project management (Trello), communication tools (Slack, email and video providers), and accounting — under contracts that protect it. We do not sell personal data. Where client work requires it, we access data inside your own systems (such as your HubSpot portal) as a processor acting on your instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the US. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as US adequacy regulations or the applicable standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, client records for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years afterwards (to meet legal and accounting obligations), and analytics data for the periods set by the analytics tool. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies needed for the website to function, and — where you consent — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through the site’s cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
